How quickly will my order be processed and delivered? The average delivery time to mainland Europe is 2 - 5 working days from dispatch so allowing for your order to be processed the average time from you placing your order to it arriving is 5 - 8 working days. Please note during the busier times of year including Christmas, delivery times may take longer as delivery companies tend to have to deal with larger demand for their services. Where possible we will make you aware of any cut off times to ensure delivery takes place in time.

How are your delivery prices calculated? We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure we can offer you the best delivery rates available. All our prices take into account the weight of the individual items ordered. Once you checkout your order, Discount choices will have calculated the best postal rate we can give you and then you can proceed with the order if you are happy with the quote.

LEAD TIMES: Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days. In the UK orders usually take 1-4 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 21 days for delivery. For delivery outside the UK allow 7-10 business days for Delivery from the day of dispatch, although EU countries should expect their order in 4 - 5 working days. Please note - All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated times please contact us.

Where do your products come from? We're constantly looking around the world for new and exciting products to bring to our website. A large number of our products are carefully sourced from China. We work closely with independent suppliers within the UK to bring to you the latest offers.

How long are your Special Offers valid? Our Special offers run on a monthly basis, from the 1ST to the last day of each calendar month. View the current Special Offers.

What is your returns procedure? Everyone is entitled to change their mind with any purchases made from us, we appreciate that sometimes products look different on your mantelpiece or table than they did on the website. If you change your mind then goods may be returned within 28 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the Discount Choices team Customer Services & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

We regret that we cannot refund any items that have been personalised unless the item has been damaged or the personalisation is different to what was ordered.

Breakages: With regards to breakages and replacements, we will replace any broken items. Should you suffer a breakage, we'll send you the replacement, but there will be no need for you to return the item back to us in its broken state, we are happy for you to dispose of the item accordingly.
