Delivery FAQDelivery What happens if my order is late?In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period please call us on 0844 4871882 or by using the contact us form on the website along with your order number and we will carry out a thorough investigation with our courier and endeavour to get your package delivered to you. Should you wish to cancel your order and it has been dispatched by us you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back by our courier. What happens if my order is lost?If your order has failed to arrive within 28 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to claim for loss of the item from our courier and therefore unable to replace your goods. Should you refuse to sign for your package within this 28 day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back. In the very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will, in conjunction with our courier undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods, this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting. However should you wish us to dispatch your order again at once you will have to accept responsibility of the cost of this until your claim has been completed by our courier. We will not charge your card until all investigations have been completed and any failure to co-operate with us or our courier during this investigation could jeopardise your claim for loss. Should your missing order arrive and you fail to inform us within 14 days of delivery to you then you will be liable for the cost of both the original and replacement order. We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time. Any purchases you make on this website entitles you the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. There are exemptions to this regarding personalised gifts which are made to order, however you can still cancel the order and be entitled to a full refund if you contact us before we undertake the personalisation, so it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any items which are returned to us are undamaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. However, we regret that we cannot refund any items that have been personalised unless the item has been damaged or the personalisation is different to what was ordered. Any item received which is broken or damaged will be replaced FREE of charge if notified within 14 days by email or calling us on 0844 4871882. To Exchange a productYou can exchange any unpersonalised items if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Your card will be charged/refunded any difference in cost plus £2.49 for postage and packing of your replacement. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. Postal Address: Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in it's original condition unless faulty or damaged within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to you. To Cancel your orderIf upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in it's original condition and we will reimburse you for the full value of your order.
